So this was my second trip to JenningsGP for some motorcycle riding. Me and a bunch of friends had a great time! I got my knee down for the first time and Brian and I were flying through the corners. Just check out the pics!
So been back to school for like 3 hours now. Only have 3 (technically 4) classes, so I keep telling myself it cant be that bad. Good news (or bad?) I got a date and time for Seattle. Friday, March 16th @ 9:30am I will be presenting at the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences annual seminar. You can check out the website and find my name in some pdf files So Seattle in March….need plan tickets….and some scholarships, go it. Also, NCIS application is going out next week…cross your fingers for me!

Yes, it is true. Here is the story: So about a month ago at 9PM I was on the internet where I read that GameStop would be taking preorders for the playstation 3 the next day. So I talk with my roommate and we decide to get get up early. I wake up at like 6:45 and call my work (there is a Gamestop right across the street in sight) and they said like 2 people were waiting. So I drive over there and arrive as number 4 in line. I have to wait for about 3 hours before the store is open. By now there is about 13 people in line. When they open the door they count off 5 people, that is it. The store got 8 systems (the average was 8 or 16 per store) and decided to keep 3 off to the side for associates and someone special I guess. So we reserved our systems. About a week prior to launch news is Gamestop does not have enough ps3 to fill even these preorders. After a day or two we are both guaranteed our systems still. My store only was getting 8, so they were not hurt that much. The other store was going to get 16, and they only got 8. Come launch day, and we pick up our systems with little hastle (although there were reported DEATHS over the system in some states) and throw them on ebay. Long story short, we made a profit, but not as much as we could have. If we would have put our preorder and not waited till we had the system in our hand we would have made a lot more. Overall we made money for little work, so who is complaining…
When I was in high school I bought my first camcorder. It was a hi8 camcorder and I ended up selling that camera to a friend in Jacksonville a few years ago. The new camera I bought is a digital camcorder that does not take the same tapes, so I never watched any of the footage from over 4 years of filming. And I might add that I was the president of TV productions in high school, so I kind of had a passion for filming. When I think back to my high school days I remember making certain films and shorts, but I never remembered just walking around filming random stuff and goofiness. Well almost 4 years later I ended up getting my hands on a hi8 camera for a project I am working on and decided to look through some old tapes and boy did I find some goofy stuff. I am going to try and look through it all in the next couple weeks (including a few hours of film from my Korea/Japan trip) and upload some highlights. So here is the first thing I present to you: my nephew Ben at an unknown age (probably like 4 or 5) being goofy.
